As a former Deputy Prosecutor in Marion County, I handled thousands of criminal cases, many of which went to trial, providing me with firsthand courtroom experience. During these trials, I’ve learned how to spot weaknesses in the State’s case and perhaps most importantly, how to exploit those weaknesses to benefit the defendant. I firmly believe in every individual’s constitutional rights, and that every criminal defendant has the right to a fair trial.
